This training program is for staff at Lismore’s Jullums Aboriginal Medical Service. It seeks to improve how the organisation operates and delivers alcohol and other drugs (AOD) services.
The aim will be to ensure the service is culturally appropriate, tailored to meet the needs of each individual and support Aboriginal people to get into and remain connected to appropriate health and social services.
It will also improve the integrated approach to mental health and drug/and or alcohol misuse care provided in the Lismore region.
