Notice of AGM

Healthy North Coast Ltd trading as North Coast Primary Health Network (HNC) will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 26 November 2024 at 4:30pm, at Pacific Bay Resort, Cnr Pacific Hwy and Bay Dr, Coffs Harbour, or via electronic means.  Details are available and provided in the Notice of AGM.

The Notice of AGM is given to you in accordance with HNC’s Constitution and applicable laws.

If you are unable to attend the AGM, you may appoint a proxy using the Proxy Form to ensure your vote is included. The Proxy Form is to be returned by 5:00pm Friday 22 November 2024. Details of return are available on the Form.

Authorised Representative

In accordance with Section 250D of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), an authorised representative must be appointed to act as your organisation representative to attend and vote at general meetings of HNC. Please complete the authorised representative form and return to [email protected].

Election of Directors

At the close of the 2024 AGM, three Directors on the Healthy North Coast Board will retire by rotation. Voting for up to two of the vacant Board positions will be conducted via ballot paper prior to the AGM with the results announced at the AGM. The Candidate Pack for Directors is available here.
